At Ozone Gymnastics Apparel, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for every routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn leotards or apparel in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in competition-ready condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
